From a brief to a working article — on the cell that already exists.
PaaS is ArmaTech’s offered prototyping surface: feasibility and design, additive and hand-built articles, structured test loops, and a handover pack. It is light manufacturing, not production at rate. Every job is quoted in writing before work starts.
Four bounded packages. Scope is confirmed in a written quote. Published structure is not a price list and not an offer until ArmaTech signs it.
Requirements, feasibility, risk register and a recommended build path. Used when the problem is clear but the article is not.
One or a few articles. Additive manufacturing and hand assembly, then a functional check against the agreed brief.
A structured test cycle with documented results and a revised article. Repeat as the design converges.
Drawings at public/outcome level (or a controlled path where required), build log, and what to do next — including a MaaS first-article if the design is ready to manufacture.
Same sequence every time. The cell stays utilised; you get a record, not a one-off favour.
Send the problem, files if you have them, material preference, and the date you actually need an article. Defence-adjacent or export-controlled work is gated — we will say so before quoting.
Scope, exclusions, lead time and price in writing. Nothing is an offer until that quote is signed. Minimum engagement applies so sub-scale jobs do not consume the cell.
Work proceeds on the Fortitude Valley cell: design support, additive, hand assembly, test. You receive progress against the agreed article, not an open-ended workshop tab.
Article plus the pack. If the next step is a small batch, that is Manufacturing-as-a-Service — quoted separately, NRE kept out of unit cost.
ArmaTech operates light manufacturing: additive production at light scale, hand assembly, disciplined design and test. Throughput is limited by capital and resources. This page does not claim production-at-rate manufacture, DISP accreditation, or a standing supplier network.
Feasibility, CAD and drawings, polymer additive, hand assembly, functional check, build notes. Coordinated manufacture (source what the cell cannot make, integrate here) is offered as a method, not a named panel.
Serial production, lights-off factory, certified defence manufacture, or turnaround guarantees. If a job needs a control class we do not hold, it is declined or escalated — never quietly accepted.
Three live surfaces. PaaS and MAIT are ArmaTech Industries Pty Ltd. MAX IO Group is the founder’s sole-trader growth agency — linked here so the estate is one click, not mixed as one company.
Prototyping-as-a-Service. Quote a discovery sprint, prototype build, or test loop.
Marketplace for atoms — materials, components and manufacturing services. Early access, real listings only.
Growth and strategy for operators. Diagnostic, sprint, retainer. Separate entity, same founder.
This form creates an enquiry, not a contract. We reply within one business day. Enquiries are used to quote and correspond — not added to a marketing list.
